​Notice

1. Registration method: Submitting a paper is equivalent to registration.

2. Submission method: Please upload electronic files (doc, docx, oct files) and PDF files to the submission form, including the abstract submission form ( https://forms.gle/WG7yKhLw5YmtCKNa6 ) and the full paper submission form ( https://forms.gle/f3HoGqV4tesupEyCA ) . Please name the file in the following format: submission field code + first author name + paper title (for example: A-Wang Daming-paper title).

3. There is no limit to the number of articles that one author can submit.

4. Manuscripts will be reviewed as "Abstracts". The format of abstracts is as follows (please see Appendix 2 for the format and example):

(1) Submissions are limited to one page.

(2) The layout margins are set to 2.5 cm of space on the top, bottom, left, and right sides.

(3) The abstract title must include both Chinese and English titles.

(4) Please fill in the names of the authors in the order in which they appear.

(5) The abstract must be written in both Chinese and English. The Chinese abstract is limited to 450 words, and the English abstract is limited to 250 words.

5. Registration and abstract submission: Please complete the submission form ( https://forms.gle/WG7yKhLw5YmtCKNa6 ) and upload an electronic copy of your abstract and payment receipt.

6. Deadline for application and abstract submission: December 31, 2025 (Wednesday).

7. Registration information and payment notification: January 16, 2026 (Friday).

8. Once the application information and payment are successfully reviewed, the first author will be notified via email.

9. After completing your submission, you can view your personal ID and submission information in the Receipt Notice ( https://reurl.cc/VMO9gn ) .
